The active ingredient is a silver salt, which is a highly effective, naturally occurring antimicrobial agent. Sweat itself is odourless, but it creates an environment for bacteria to thrive. Polygiene odour control treatment reduces odour-causing bacteria by more than 90%. This effect lasts for the life of the garment and keeps clothing fresh. Active only on the fabric surface, Polygiene does not interfere with the natural bacteria on the skin. Polygiene uses extremely low concentration of silver salt, made from recycled silver, to minimise any impact on the world’s natural resources.
