As some of the lightest and most streamlined packs ME make, the Orcus series are a favourite amongst their climbing team and have been well proven on rapid winter traverses, big rock walls and ultralight alpine missions.
With a 22-litre optimum capacity, secure rope strap, axe retainers, external daisy chain, elasticated compression cord system and haul loops, the smaller Orcus 22+ weighs just 500g, offering uncompromising functionality for multi-pitch rock routes and the fastest alpine objectives.
Despite their lightweight design, the Orcus packs are made using highly tear and abrasion-resistant ROBIC® nylon with a water-resistant coating, making them more durable and robust than most packs of this type. A roll-top closure further helps to seal out inclement weather and compresses the pack’s contents for a secure and stable carry when climbing.
Removing the EVA back panel allows the pack to be rolled up for packing, making this an ideal pack for expedition use.
